Nymella Toland

Nymella Toland is the Lady of Ghost Hill and the head of House Toland, a Dornish house sworn to Sunspear, one of the principal bannermen of House Martell. She has two daughters, Valena and Teora; no husband is named in the chronicles. In A Feast for Crows she is among the Dornish lords ordered by Prince Doran Martell to help delay Ser Balon Swann's arrival at Sunspear, and in A Dance with Dragons she attends the feast there when Swann delivers the head of Gregor Clegane. When Princess Arianne Martell breaks her journey at Ghost Hill on the way to Storm's End in The Winds of Winter, Lady Nymella hosts her and her companions at supper. There her younger daughter Teora declares that dragons are coming; Nymella dismisses the warning as madness and blames it on the girl's dreams and her fondness for creamcakes, citing Maester Toman, then apologizes for her after Teora flees the table.
