Jeyne Fowler (The Fowler twins)

Jeyne Fowler is the elder of the twin daughters of Lord Franklyn Fowler and his heir to Skyreach. She is a tall woman with wispy yellow hair, scarcely distinguishable from her sister Jennelyn. In her youth she and her twin rode the shoulders of Princess Arianne Martell at play in the pools of the Water Gardens. In A Feast for Crows, Nymeria Sand lay abed with Jeyne and Jennelyn when word of Prince Oberyn Martell's death reached them, and Prince Doran admits he distrusts Nymeria for the closeness she keeps with the pair. In A Dance with Dragons, the Fowler twins attend the feast at Sunspear where Ser Balon Swann of the Kingsguard delivers the Mountain's skull, and they refuse to drink when Ricasso raises a toast to King Tommen I Baratheon.
