Patrek Mallister

Patrek Mallister is the son and heir of Lord Jason Mallister of Seagard, a young man fond of drink, women, and hawking, and a friend of Ser Edmure Tully. He rode with his father to the Hand's tourney at King's Landing, and served in Robb Stark's personal guard during the battle in the Whispering Wood. When Theon Greyjoy was sent home as Robb's envoy, Patrek escorted him to Seagard and grew friendly with him, drinking apple wine and visiting a miller's wife — prompting Lord Jason to remind his son whom Seagard had been built to keep out. He accompanied Edmure to the Twins for the wedding to Roslin Frey, serving as one of Robb's guards and toasting the groom's one-eyed fish before the bedding. Patrek survived the Red Wedding and was taken captive by House Frey; Black Walder Frey used him to force his father's surrender of Seagard, after which he was held prisoner alongside Lord Jason.
