Ser Myles Mooton was a famous knight of House Mooton and the brother of Lord William Mooton of Maidenpool, remembered as having been "bold as brass." He served as squire to Prince Rhaegar Targaryen and received his knighthood from Rhaegar's own hand, remaining among the prince's close companions thereafter. In 283 AC, during Robert's Rebellion, Ser Myles fought at the Battle of the Bells at Stoney Sept, where he was one of six men slain that day by Lord Robert Baratheon.
