Falyse Stokeworth was the elder daughter and heir of Lady Tanda Stokeworth. Wed to Ser Balman Byrch for some ten years, she remained childless, her husband rumored to shun her bed for maidens. She brought a small troop from Castle Stokeworth to King's Landing the day before the Battle of the Blackwater and rode out the fighting within Maegor's Holdfast. When Queen Cersei Lannister grew to fear that Ser Bronn—wed to Falyse's sister Lollys—secretly favored Tyrion Lannister, she enlisted Falyse and Ser Balman in a plot to murder him; the scheme miscarried when Bronn slew Balman in a duel and drove Falyse from the castle. Fleeing to Cersei to beg for men to retake Stokeworth, she was instead handed to Qyburn, and died screaming in the black cells of the Red Keep beneath his knife in 300 AC. She appears in A Clash of Kings and A Feast for Crows, and is mentioned in A Storm of Swords.
