Hugo Vance

Ser Hugo Vance is the second son of Lord Norbert Vance of Atranta and a knight. A friend and companion of Edmure Tully, he was at Riverrun during the War of the Five Kings and survived the Red Wedding. He later rode north in Ser Jaime Lannister's party to lift the siege of Riverrun; at Castle Darry he carried Jaime's Kingsguard standard, and fell asleep during the dinner celebrating Jaime's arrival.
