Ellery Vance

Ser Ellery Vance is the third son of Lord Norbert Vance of Atranta and a knight. A companion of Ser Edmure Tully, he was among the young Vances at Riverrun during the War of the Five Kings, and he apparently survived the Red Wedding and the war.
