Son and heir of Lord Bartimos Celtigar, the master of coin to Queen Rhaenyra Targaryen during the Dance of the Dragons. After his father was killed in the King's Landing riot of 130 AC, Clement became Lord of Claw Isle and head of House Celtigar in the late part of the Dance. Following the accession of King Aegon III Targaryen, he rode to King's Landing from Duskendale with Ser Corwyn Corbray and Lady Staunton. He is mentioned in Fire & Blood and The Rise of the Dragon.
