House Fenn is a crannogman house of the Neck, answering to House Reed of Greywater Watch rather than to Winterfell directly. Like the other bog-dwelling houses of that drowned country, the Fenns keep to their own waters and are seldom spoken of beyond them.
The one Fenn remembered by name in the histories is Wylla Fenn, who bore Lord Brandon Stark a bastard son, Lonnel Snow. No Fenn is recorded among the living at the time of the War of the Five Kings.
