A daughter of Ser Victor Tyrell and a distant cousin of the main branch of House Tyrell, wed to Lord Jon Bulwer of Blackcrown. By her husband she had a daughter, Alysanne Bulwer, who would inherit Blackcrown as a girl after her father's death. Widowed young, Victaria is styled the Dowager Lady of Blackcrown. The chronicles record little else of her, and she appears only in passing among the kin of Highgarden.
