Ser Steffon Hollard was a knight of House Hollard, twin brother to Ser Symon and brother to Ser Jon, and father of Ser Dontos Hollard. He died of a fever some years before the Defiance of Duskendale and so took no part in it - a circumstance that later helped spare his young son, for King Aerys II Targaryen could lay no share of the treason at the dead man's door.
